Import duties, taxes and customs fees depend on your country. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to know how they apply to your order.

If a parcel arrives damaged in transit, please contact us promptly after delivery with photos; see our refund policy for details.

Wholesale and project orders (vanities, toilets and bulk orders of 10 pieces or more) are quoted FOB China. The buyer or the buyer's freight forwarder handles import clearance and local certification in the destination country.
