Returns and refunds (faucets, showers and floor drains)

You can return an item within 15 days of delivery.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. The shipping cost for a transit-damage claim is covered by the carrier.

If we sent you the wrong item, we cover the return and replacement shipping.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Vanities, toilets and other wholesale or project orders are covered by the terms agreed in each quote.
