Faucets, showers, floor drains and other hardware fittings from Mr·tao carry a 2-year warranty from the delivery date.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. It does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse or accidents, or damage caused by incorrect installation.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos or a video. We will review the claim and arrange a repair part or replacement where the warranty applies.
