These terms apply to every visit to mrtaoglobal.com and every order placed with Mr.Tao Global ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.

1. Products and prices

Faucets, showers and floor drains are sold online at the prices shown, in US dollars unless another currency is displayed. Smart toilets, toilets and vanities are sold to business customers on quotation only and cannot be bought through the online checkout.

We take care to show products accurately. Colours on screen and product photos can differ slightly from the actual item. Please check sizes, rough-in distance and power specification for your country before ordering.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown, such as PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping, duties and taxes

Delivery cost and estimated time are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country are paid by the buyer unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and warranty

Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Faucets, showers and floor drains carry the warranty described on our Warranty page.

6. Wholesale and project orders

For quotations, the price, quantities, delivery terms (for example FOB China), payment terms and warranty agreed in the written quote apply. If a quote and these terms differ, the quote takes priority.

7. Installation and use

Products should be installed by a qualified installer and used as intended. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or modification.

8. Website content

The Mr·tao name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
